Protecting our Municipal Drinking Water Sources
Community Consultations - May / June 2015
There are policies within the North Bay-Mattawa Drinking Water Source Protection Plan which require some municipalities to amend Official Plans and zoning bylaws to protect municipal drinking water sources.
NBMCA is assisting the municipalities of Callander, Chisholm, East Ferris, Machar, Mattawa, Powassan, and South River with consultation on their proposed changes based on SP Plan policies. You can take part in an online consultation! See the "Connect Now" button on the PlaceSpeak Consultation Icon below. It will also link you to additional information about the proposed changes and upcoming meetings.
